Personal Statement:
In every divorce case I handle, my goals are to help protect the children, empower my clients to keep control of their situation, and to keep them all out of court. Nothing good happens in court... even if you “win”. Relationships are destroyed, families and friends are divided, funds exhausted, and everyone suffers. You know your needs and the needs of your children better than anyone else, especially a judge, who knows only a small fraction of your story, what is “legally relevant”. Your future should be based on more than what the legislature has deemed “legally relevant” for couples and families in general. One size does not fit all. Everyone is unique. You deserve an agreement that meets your unique needs and that comes from those who know your needs and goals best... YOU.
